Al Arabia Educational Enterprises was setup by HUMANSOFT as a specialist unit to foster fledgling educational institutions. This has been possible through the vast experience we have gained in the worlds of commerce and education – from creating business plans to handling curriculum development for universities and colleges. And since then, we have realized both the American University and the American College of the Middle East. We have already witnessed the social benefits of these academic endeavours. Our biggest project to date at HUMANSOFT is the American University of the Middle East (AUM). We initiated the university through our subsidiary, Al Arabia Enterprises, to meet the growing demands in the region for both undergraduate and graduate education opportunities.
Today AUM is one of the premier institutions of higher-level learning in Kuwait. Based in Egaila, on an expansive campus of 130,000 square meters, AUM has been designed to reflect the philosophy of HUMANSOFT by providing the most engaging environment for student life. Amongst our amenities, you will find open air cafeterias, a host of sports facilities, and a professional soccer field flanked by a top quality running track – all integral to our approach to holistic development.
Today, our student population stands impressively at 5,400. With the number of enrolments growing year on year, this figure will certainly be surpassed in 2015.

New Horizon Computer learning centers operate out of key locations in the Middle East viz. in Kuwait, Dubai, Qatar and Abu Dhabi as a franchisee from New Horizon - the world’s largest independent IT training company.

These centers offer a wide range of courses focusing on technical, application and business skills. Tawteen contributes to the nationalization of private sectors in the GCC region. Its main focus is the career development and job placement of GCC nationals in the private sector. To date, it has conducted two projects in the UAE and Kuwait, where it has been able to train and place more than 2000 newly-graduated locals in the private sector.

HUMANSOFT School of Management was founded in 2006 with a principal aim of providing management and training services to schools.
In 2008, HUMANSOFT School of Management was appointed by a major Qatari shareholder – an organization with multiple subsidiaries – to manage, supervise and operate educational institutions such as Al-Jazeera Academy and Al-Maha Schools. In addition, HUMANSOFT was to assume full and exclusive management of the schools in order to accomplish a thorough business recovery and restore profitability and sustainability for the future success of these institutions. Below are several highlights of the projects:

Al Maha School Qatar

As part of the business recovery project, HUMANSOFT upgraded the existing facilities, IT infrastructure and space utilization for Al Maha Schools. HUMANSOFT oversaw the new building construction project and provided insight, as well as financial and operational strategies, for the successful relocation to a new campus building site, which was still under construction during HUMANSOFT’s management.

Al Jazeera Academy Qatar

HUMANSOFT maximized the effective utilization of the facilities and the building tending to education purposes so as to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
This large scale project served to demonstrate HUMANSOFT’s strengths in strategic education management, delivery and quality enhancement, which aided in the improvement of the schools’ financial, academic and market prospects. Consequently, the school’s place in an increasingly competitive education sector was ensured while maintaining their focus on the commitment to students’ learning and development.
